We pride ourselves on offering same-day processing for all orders placed before 2 pm on working days for items in stock at our warehouse. While some items may have a lead time due to stock availability, we ensure real-time updates so you always know when your order will arrive.

Our shipping prices are calculated at checkout, with customers notified at every step of the delivery process for complete peace of mind.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Delivery:
    Your delivery costs and timeframes are clearly displayed at checkout, ensuring no surprises. For items in stock, standard delivery typically next working day  (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Same-Day Dispatch for In-Stock Items:
    Place your order before 2 pm on a working day, and we'll ensure it is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm may still be processed, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • International Shipping:
    While we do not currently ship internationally from our warehouse, you can contact us to arrange a collection of your product. Contact Us to discuss this option.

Important Note

We recommend that you do not book a plumber or handyman until your product has been delivered. While most deliveries are on time, delays can sometimes occur.
