Delivery Coverage

We deliver across the United Kingdom, including:

  • England, Scotland, and Wales
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Jersey and Guernsey (Channel Islands)

Please note that deliveries to the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey may be subject to additional transit times and charges due to their island locations.


Standard Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes by region:

  • England & Wales: 2–4 working days
  • Scotland (including Highlands & Islands): 3–5 working days
  • Northern Ireland: 3–5 working days
  • Isle of Man: 4–6 working days
  • Jersey & Guernsey (Channel Islands): 4–7 working days

Standard delivery charges range from £6.00 to £10.50 depending on the product type and size.


Express Delivery

Express delivery is available on selected products and regions. Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Express delivery charges range from £14.00 to £19.00.

Express delivery may not be available to all areas, including remote parts of Scotland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.


Free Delivery

Free standard delivery is available on selected products. Eligible products will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.


Pallet Delivery (Heavy & Bulky Items)

Certain large or heavy items — such as water softeners and associated equipment — require delivery via a pallet service.

  • Pallet delivery charges: £75.00 – £150.00 depending on item size and delivery location
  • Pallet deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise arranged
  • A delivery date will be confirmed with you directly after your order is placed
  • Please ensure there is suitable access for a large delivery vehicle at your address
  • Pallet deliveries to the Isle of Man and Channel Islands may require additional arrangements — please contact us before ordering

Special Handling

Some products are heavy, fragile, or require careful handling during transit. We take care to package all items securely. If you have specific access requirements or delivery instructions, please include these in the order notes or contact us prior to dispatch.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
