Lot coded and 100% individually tested, the high surface area media contains no adhesives or binders, with low extractable content offering consistent final product quality. Meeting industry standard requirements, the cartridges are WRAS approved, FDA Title 21 Compliant and meet USP Class VI-121 DegC Plastics.

The PPPES uses an absolute-rated polyethersulfone (PES) membrane in a pleated, double-skin construction with FDA-compliant, thermally bonded materials — giving guaranteed bacterial retention (99.99999% against Brevundimonas diminuta at 0.2 micron) rather than the nominal-only removal of a standard polypropylene depth cartridge. It's autoclavable, withstanding repeated steam sterilisation (20 x 30-minute cycles at 121°C) with the right end caps.
