This is a compatible 205W long life amalgam UV lamp that fits Van Remmen D11, D17, RUV130-205, V170, V180 and V220 systems in place of the Van Remmen 121206. It is a compatible lamp and not an OEM replacement, and it is manufactured in the EU.

Why it matters

UV lamp output falls gradually over its life, often well before the lamp stops lighting. Replacing it on schedule keeps the UV dose your system was designed to deliver.

How to fit it

1. Isolate power to the UV system and let the lamp cool.
2. Remove the lamp cap and withdraw the old lamp from the quartz sleeve, following your system manual.
3. Fit the new lamp, handling it by the end cap and avoiding the glass.
4. Refit the cap and reconnect the lamp.
5. Restore power and confirm the system runs normally.
