026411/1 SITA 107 UV Replacement Quartz Sleeve QJ23240DE (Domed End)

This domed-end quartz sleeve is a compatible replacement for SITA 107 UV disinfection units, supplied by WrekinWater as part QJ23240DE against SITA reference 026411/1. It fits between the UV lamp and the water stream, keeping the lamp dry while allowing UV-C light through to treat the water passing over it. Order it when your existing sleeve has scaled, scratched or simply reached the end of its working life.

Inside a SITA 107 unit, the quartz sleeve keeps the UV lamp completely separate from the water while still letting UV-C energy radiate through the glass to inactivate bacteria and other micro-organisms. How to replace it

1. Turn off and drain down the water supply to the UV housing
2. Loosen and remove the retaining nut at the base of the unit
3. Slide out the lamp, then the old quartz sleeve
4. Wipe out the housing and fit new O-rings before reassembly
5. Fit the new QJ23240DE sleeve and reinsert the lamp
6. Turn the water and power back on and flush to drain before drinking
