This 10 x 2.5 inch clear cartridge shell from WrekinWater is a reusable housing rather than a sealed, single-use cartridge: you fill it with the loose media of your choice, use it, and refill it again once that media is spent. Its clear body makes it easy to check the media level and condition without opening the housing. How to fill and fit it

1. Unscrew the end cap from the cartridge shell.
2. Fill with your chosen media, leaving headspace at the top of the shell.
3. Refit the diffuser pad over the media and screw the end cap back on firmly.
4. Rinse the filled cartridge under running water to clear fine dust before fitting.
5. Insert into your filter housing and reassemble as normal.
6. Run the system to drain briefly before using the water, to flush out any remaining fines.
