Clack In/out head on filter vessels with 3/4in Ports
Cut to basic length and assembled at our warehouse with Heavy duty Bottom screen glued on for your convenience.
It will be necessary to cut the riser tube to fit your vessel size. As a guide, the tube should not protrude above the neck more than 15mm. Unsure, just measure the total length of your existing tube if possible. Cut the tube square using a sharp saw. Chamfer the edges and remove any burrs. It is important not to damage or push the riser tube O ring in the valve out of position during reassembly
Apply a little silicone grease around the top of the riser tube to help for a smooth reassembly.
