How to fit it
Before ordering, confirm the replacement valve's tank thread, riser tube diameter and interconnect wiring match your existing twin installation
Isolate the softener system at the bypass valve and relieve pressure from both mineral tanks before starting work
Have a competent installer or commercial water treatment engineer disconnect the existing valve from the tank head, drain line, brine line and twin-alternating interconnect
