How It Works

Filtration Phase

Incoming water enters through the IN port and passes from the inside to the outside of the sintered fibre cylinder. Any suspended solids equal to or larger than the micron rating are captured within the cylinder.

Filtered water exits through the OUT port.

Automatic Regeneration (Self-Cleaning)

When pressure drop (ΔP) reaches the set value (0.3–1 bar):

  1. A signal triggers the discharge valve

  2. Suction nozzles engage with the outside environment

  3. The motor rotates, sweeping the nozzles across the cylinder

  4. Dirt is discharged through the waste outlet

  5. Cycle completes in approximately 15 seconds

This ensures continuous operation with no manual cleaning required.
