How to fit it

1. Turn off the water supply and isolate power to the valve before opening the drive housing.
2. Remove the drive housing cover to access the gear train and Geneva wheel mechanism.
3. Note the orientation of the wheel and its engagement pin before removing the old part.
4. Lift out the worn Geneva wheel and clean any plastic debris from the housing.
5. Fit the new FL14896 wheel in the same orientation, ensuring the pin engages correctly with the drive gear.
6. Refit the housing cover, restore power and water, then run a manual regeneration to confirm each stage indexes smoothly.
