How to fit it
- Turn off the water supply and place the valve into bypass
- Release any residual pressure in the line before disconnecting the tubing
- Slide back or cut free the tubing clip and pull the flexible hose off the old barb fitting
- Unscrew the damaged 90-degree barb from the valve body
- Screw in the new Fleck 21511SP hose barb by hand until snug, avoiding overtightening
- Reconnect the tubing, restore the water supply, take the system off bypass and check the joint for drips
