G3258 - H25 Twin Tank - Service Meter assembly

Service Meter replacement. The service meter measures consumption in order to initiate a regeneration at the correct time and then the Regeneration meter takes over the control of the regeneration cycle.

Common fault is the softener continually running to drain. First action is to replace the shuttle valve which resolves most issues. Airlock in the system can occur when re-engaging the softener after a shuttle change. To flush air through

1. Turn off inlet and outlet valves
2. Turn on nearest Soft tap
3. Open outlet
4. Slowly turn on Inlet and allow air to be expelled at the tap.
5. Run regeneration cycle x 2 to test.
6. If salt bin issue continues, then replace Regeneration Meter Assembly
