How to fit it

1. Isolate the mains supply and relieve system pressure before disconnecting any pipework from the existing bypass assembly
2. Note the orientation of the inlet, outlet and separate source connections before removing the old unit
3. Undo the 1" BSP tail connections and lift out the failed valve assembly
4. Check the mating pipework and any washers or seals for wear and replace if necessary
5. Fit the V3069FF-01 in the same orientation, reconnecting the 1" BSP tails and separate source take-off, first confirming the assembly matches your WS1CI or WS1.25CI valve
6. Restore the mains supply gradually and check every joint for leaks before returning the softener to normal service
