How to replace it
- Isolate mains power to the RO system and turn off the water supply feeding the booster pump.
- Open a tap or the system's dispenser to relieve any residual pressure.
- Trace the low pressure switch on the inlet side of the pump and disconnect its tube fitting and wiring.
- Fit the new switch, matching the tube connection and wiring exactly as the old one.
- Restore the water supply and check the tube fitting for leaks before restoring power.
- If you're not confident working with the wiring, ask a qualified water treatment engineer to fit it for you.
