Product Description
This O-ring set is a spout repair kit for the AT5 Tri-Tap, designed to reseal the joint where the spout swivels onto the tap body. Supplied by WrekinWater, it replaces the perished rubber that causes drips and weeping at the collar without needing a whole new tap. You'll need the original tap key to undo the spout/body collar before fitting.

Signs this seal needs replacing
- Water weeps or drips from the base of the spout where it meets the tap body.
- The O-rings feel hard, cracked or perished when you remove the spout.
- The spout leaks more after you've swivelled it a few times.
- You notice damp or staining on the worktop under the spout collar.
The O-rings inside the spout/body collar are what keep the AT5 Tri-Tap watertight as the spout swivels between filtered, boiling and cold outlets. Every swivel puts a small amount of wear on the rubber, and over time heat, mineral deposits and simple age cause it to harden and lose its grip on the collar. Once that happens, mains pressure finds the weak point and pushes water past the seal, which is why even a well-maintained tap can start dripping.
WrekinWater is a family run business based in Bettisfield, Shropshire, that has served more than 50,000 customers over 15 years and is rated Excellent on Trustpilot. We stock the specific repair parts for taps like the AT5 Tri-Tap so you can fix a drip properly rather than replacing the whole unit.
How to replace it
- Isolate the water supply to the tap and relieve any pressure by opening the tap briefly.
- Use the original tap key to undo the spout/body collar.
- Lift the spout away from the body and remove the old O-rings.
- Lightly lubricate the new O-rings with food-safe silicone grease and fit them in place.
- Refit the spout and tighten the collar with the tap key.
- Turn the water supply back on and check the collar for leaks.
