How to fit it

1. Bypass the valve and relieve pressure before starting.
2. Remove the drive/motor assembly from the top of the valve to access the upper stack.
3. Withdraw the spacer stack, photographing the order before you disturb it.
4. Fit the new seals and spacers in the same sequence, then refit the stack and drive assembly.
5. Restore water and run a manual cycle, checking the top of the valve stays dry through every stage.
6. Given this is a duplex commercial valve, we'd recommend having a spare kit on hand if you're servicing both valve bodies at the same time, to minimise downtime.
