The V3107-01 is the 12V drive motor fitted to Clack WS1 control valves, responsible for turning the internal camstack and piston through each stage of the regeneration cycle - backwash, brine draw, rinse and refill. How to fit it

1. Isolate the softener at the bypass valve and disconnect the mains electrical supply to the control head
2. Remove the valve's outer cover to access the drive motor mounted on the back of the control head
3. Unclip the wiring connector from the old motor and note its orientation before removing it
4. Release the motor's retaining screws or clips and withdraw it from the camstack drive gear
5. Fit the V3107-01 motor, ensuring the drive gear engages correctly with the camstack, and secure with the retaining screws or clips
6. Reconnect the wiring, restore power, and run a manual regeneration cycle to confirm the valve now cycles smoothly through every stage
