How to fit it

1. Have a competent water treatment installer confirm the existing tank, riser and pipework are compatible with this replacement valve and meter assembly before ordering
2. Isolate the water supply and fully depressurise the softener, placing the system in bypass if fitted
3. Disconnect the drain line, brine line, inlet/outlet pipework and power supply from the existing 2in control head
4. Remove the old valve from the resin tank, taking care with the riser tube on a commercial-size vessel
