Sita 80/4 LCD PLUS RACK: 4-Lamp UV Disinfection System with Lamp Countdown, 4 x 80W (30 m³/hr)

The Sita 80/4 LCD PLUS houses four 80W lamps in a single stainless steel chamber, delivering 30 m³/hr on a DN80 flanged connection — sized for higher-demand commercial and industrial applications. It's manufactured in Italy to ISO 9001 quality standards and WRAS approved, with a 304 stainless steel chamber (316 optional).

The PLUS control adds a UV intensity meter (or temperature meter), a resettable countdown hour meter with an end-of-lamp-life alarm, on-screen irradiation/temperature display, and automatic shutdown if the chamber overheats — on top of the standard LCD display, hours-run meter, fault light and alarm relay contact.

Why it matters

UV systems should be sized generously against your actual site flow rate — as a rule of thumb, the UV's rated flow should be at least 4 times your required or achievable flow, or you should restrict flow to no more than 38% of the system's maximum rating. We'd also recommend physical pre-filtration ahead of the UV rather than relying on the UV alone: a triple-filter setup (5 micron string wound, 1 micron polyspun, then a 0.45 micron absolute filter) is a common specification, with two absolute filters in parallel where higher flow is needed.
