How to fit it

1. Isolate the softener at the bypass valve and disconnect the electrical supply to the control board before opening the valve
2. Locate the existing meter cable running between the flow meter and the control board and note its routing
3. Disconnect the cable at both the meter end and the control board connector
4. Inspect both connectors and the meter itself for corrosion, damage or debris before fitting the new cable
