How to fit it

1. Confirm your current water hardness in ppm (mg/l) using a test kit or your water supplier's data before ordering
2. Turn the softener to bypass and relieve pressure in the system
3. Locate and remove the meter cap on the Kinetico control valve
4. Lift out the existing calibration disc and note its orientation
5. Fit the new Disc 7 in the same orientation and refit the meter cap securely
6. Return the softener to service and monitor softened water quality over the following days
