How to fit it

1. Isolate the water supply and place the valve into bypass
2. Depressurise the valve body before removing the cover
3. Withdraw the existing piston assembly, noting the orientation of any seals and spacers
4. Inspect the valve bore for scale, pitting or debris and clean thoroughly
5. Fit the new Fleck 24067 piston assembly, lubricating with a food-safe silicone lubricant if advised
6. Reassemble the valve, restore the water supply, come off bypass and run a manual regeneration to confirm smooth, leak-free cycling
