Product Description
Water-King WK3: Water Conditioner for Commercial Pipework (up to 67mm)
The Water-King WK3 is designed for most commercial applications, frequently specified to treat mains cold water supplies to direct-fired water heaters. It's often paired with a Sentry unit on the secondary return pipework, and — like every WK3 and larger unit — features an LCD display and an output for building management systems (BMS), so power failures can be picked up automatically rather than discovered on site.
As with the domestic range, no plumbing is required: the WK3 clips onto existing pipework up to 67mm in diameter and treats water continuously, in both directions, so appliances upstream and downstream of the unit are covered.

Who it's for
- Commercial premises with direct-fired water heaters on mains cold supply
- Sites wanting power-failure alerts via an existing BMS
- Properties needing a Sentry-paired setup on the hot water secondary return
Why it matters
The BMS output on the WK3 means a power interruption gets flagged through the same building management system already monitoring everything else on site, rather than relying on someone noticing scale has started forming again.
Installing your WK3
- Fit on the cold mains supply feeding the direct-fired water heater, as close to the heater as practical.
- If treating a hot water secondary return, pair with a Sentry unit between the circulation pump and the water heater/buffer vessel.
- Allow 6cm of straight pipe per aerial pair.
- Connect the BMS output if you want power-failure detection routed to your existing building management system.
- Site within 1 metre of a power supply and 45cm of the pipe; wrap the 4 aerials per the enclosed instructions.
