How to fit it

1. Power down and unplug the transformer before starting.
2. Photograph or note the existing wiring and your current programme settings — the new board will need reprogramming from scratch.
3. Release the board from its housing (clips or small screws depending on model) and disconnect the motor and meter cable connectors.
4. Fit the new board, reconnect the motor and meter connectors exactly as noted, and refit the housing.
5. Restore power, reprogram the valve for your household's hardness and usage settings, and run a manual regeneration to confirm the motor and relay respond correctly through every stage.
