This is the replacement refill cartridge for the IX Cafe filter system — the part you exchange when your carbon and ion exchange media has reached the end of its rated capacity. It's a straight twist-lock swap into your existing IX Variable Head, with no need to touch your plumbing or re-flush the whole installation.

Each returned cartridge is regenerated and refilled through IX Water's UK-based circular scheme rather than sent to landfill, keeping the resin in use and cutting the plastic waste that comes with a fully disposable filter.
