Choose a model rated above your peak flow, meaning the highest flow when several taps are running at once, not your average. The range covers L8 (8 L/min), L12 (11.4), L22 (22.7), L41 (41), L57 (56.8) and L79 (79). If you're unsure, send us your property size and number of bathrooms and we'll recommend a model.

The standard expandable power supply has an IEP interface that accepts plug-and-play modules: solenoid control (SCM), volt free contacts (VFC), Concierge Wi-Fi, a 4–20 mA connection and an ultrasonic flow meter. UV sensors are available for the L22 to L79 (AUVS-L and AUVS-L79). ECO-version units use a basic power supply without module expansion.

The L Range uses 304 stainless steel chambers and covers 8–79 L/min, which suits homes and light commercial use. The H Range uses more corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel with high-output lamps, covers 38–151 L/min, and is built for larger commercial demand.

Replace the lamp every 12 months of continuous use. Its UV output falls before it stops lighting, so it can look fine while no longer disinfecting properly. Inspect and clean the quartz sleeve at every lamp change, and replace it if it's scaled, etched or cracked. Match the RL- lamp and RQ- sleeve codes to your model number.

Yes. UV only works if the light can reach every microorganism, so particles in the water can shield bacteria and coat the sleeve. Fit a sediment pre-filter ahead of the unit. If your water is hard or contains iron or manganese, treat that first, otherwise it will foul the sleeve.
